GTC – General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the online store operated by Ramazan Yılmaz (sole proprietorship) at www.depofood.com.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products does not constitute a legally binding offer. By clicking the "Bestellen / Order" button you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we send an order confirmation by email.

3. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are final prices including statutory taxes. Shipping costs are stated separately (see "Shipping & Delivery") and shown at checkout.

4. Payment Methods

Payment methods are listed on the "Payment Methods" page. Unless otherwise stated, payment is due in advance.

5. Delivery

Deliveries are made by DHL to the address specified by the customer. Partial deliveries may be made where reasonable for the customer.

6. Retention of Title

Title to the products remains with us until full payment has been made.

7. Right of Withdrawal

The withdrawal information at https://www.depofood.com/policies/refund-policy applies. Statutory exceptions for food products apply.

8. Warranty / Liability for Defects

Statutory provisions on defective goods apply. For food products, natural variations in taste, smell and appearance as well as shelf-life limitations are inherent to the product. Proper storage of the products is the customer's responsibility.

9. Liability

We are liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. In cases of slight negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) and only for foreseeable, contract-typical damage.

11. Online Dispute Resolution / Consumer Arbitration

The ODR platform is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We do not participate in consumer arbitration proceedings and are not obliged to do so.

12. Applicable Law

Subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions, German law applies to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
