Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. This period begins when you or a third party nominated by you takes possession of the goods.

Effects of Withdrawal

After the goods have reached us, we refund all payments made (including the standard shipping costs) within 14 days at the latest. The refund is made using the same payment method used for the initial purchase.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal (for Food Products)

There is no right of withdrawal, or it expires early, for the following products:

• Perishable food products,
• Products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if the packaging has been opened or the seal removed after delivery,
• Products mixed or prepared specifically at the customer's request.

These exceptions apply in particular to the following product groups: olive oil, nuts, Turkish delight and similar food products. Opened, tried, hygienically compromised or otherwise unsuitable products will not be accepted for return.
