Important Information!
- Delivery time is between 1-5 business days.
- Package dispatch may be delayed due to holidays.
- Shipment tracking numbers are sent to the customer.
Shipping Costs – Germany
- For orders under 100 Euro, shipping costs 6.99 Euro.
- For orders of 100 Euro and above, shipping is free throughout Germany.
Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, France
- For orders under 115 Euro, shipping costs 10.99 Euro.
- For orders of 115 Euro and above, shipping is free.
Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Denmark, Sweden
- For orders of 115 Euro and above, shipping is free.
- For orders under 115 Euro, shipping costs are:
- Up to 10 kg: 15.99 Euro
- Up to 15 kg: 20.99 Euro
- Up to 20 kg: 25.99 Euro
- Up to 30 kg: 30.99 Euro
Other EU Countries
Shipping costs 16 Euro.
Return Costs
Return costs are borne by the customer for the following reasons:
- Returns due to packages not collected from a Packstation or branch – if the package is not collected in time and is returned to us by the carrier. In this case, an additional 6.99€ + shipping fee is deducted from the refund amount.
- Packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details – in this case, 6.99€ + shipping fee is also deducted from the refund amount.
- Returns of faultless products – i.e. returns of products without defects such as damage or breakage – the customer bears the return shipping costs.
- Falling below the minimum order value of 100 € due to a return – if returning mistakenly ordered products causes the order total to fall below 100 €, the originally free shipping cost is deducted from the refund amount.
